I'm trying to get my Webroot Desktop icon back on my Desktop. However, when I change anything on My Account Web Acess. It changes back to what I changed it from after I reboot.
How do I get it to keep the changes I do?
Everything I change and save on my Webroot Web Access page. Changes back to what I initially changed

Just to add to Sherry's advice, I believe you should ensure in the Online Console that it is set for "user configuration" also.
