I've been having a lot of trouble finding my new keycode after purchasing a renewel for another year. 
 
Any idea how I can find the darn thing. Please?
 
I'd appreciate some help.  I've looked everywhere.

Welcome Jenn, Can you open Webroot and look for My Account and open the box and your keycode will be listed there.
 


If you can't see it here go into advanced setting and look to see if box is unchecked.
