Hi I am TD.
I have been using computers for many years. I recently had a message pop up on my computer several times. I keep deleting the messages usually 3 messages pop up and the caption reads as follows.
"There was a problem starting C:PROGRA~1COMMON~1SystemSysMenu.dll" The specified module could not be found.
Has any body ever had this happen? Is there a way to fix this? Please help?

There are legitimate files by the name sysmenu.dll out there, but this error might indicate that you have had a virus or malware installed and later removed and reminants left behind?
Please submit a Support Ticket and they can look into this for you free of charge with an active subscription.
