Webroot Quarantines 'Mp3tagCompleteTag.exe' from forums.mp3tag.de

forums.mp3tag.de is for folks dealing with music file databases that have tags that identify features of musical selections.
 
The executable Mp3tagCompleteTag.exe is an add on to Mp3tag.exe that assists the user to better manage the export of those  tags to external formats like html, csv, etc.
 
Only 5 out of 47 antivirus tools listed in antivirus.com identify the Mp3tagCompleteTags_v2.3.rar archive that contains the Mp3tagCompleteTag.exe executable as suspect.
 
Please review the Webroot detection algorithms to determne whether this executabel is indeed a threat. All appearances are that it is not a threat. I am having to temporarily disable webroot in order to proceed with the extraction of this needed and useful tool. Thanks.
