I was contacted by a “Webroot representative “ telling me I owed $1,499 a year for the past three years after signing up for service in 2018.
I was unaware of this obviously and told them i wanted to cancel the service. They said they would shut down my computer for 60 days if I did not pay. I still did not pay and a week later my laptop was shut down completely.
i bought the laptop through Best Buy/Geek Squad and need assistance restoring my computer. Please assist in any way you can.
