do i have to wait 24 hrs to access my new mobile account?
adding an ipad to my webroot account. could not access after creating an account. Was told i had to wait 24 hrs to access. is this true?

Who was it that told you that you will need to wait 24 hours?
The maximum amount of time you would have to wait would be 15 minutes for the password permissions to go through, but you have not enabled them yet.
