Error attempting to read instructions for the deletion of backup & sync

I’m blocked from the page containing the instructions. Anyone have a working link to these instructions?

That is a McAfee block so report the False Positive to them, can you post the link please.

This is where it happened, I don’t have McAfee  installed!

Hello @kevomac12 

 

You might have a McAfee browser extension or add-on so look and remove also you can look under Add/Remove program's and look for anything to do with McAfee and remove it.

Looking at the link, it appears that it was blocked by Centurylink and that they use McAfee for their web filtering. This is not Webroot related.

I still can’t use the link to learn about the deletion of the backup & sync function at Webroot!

Use a proxy or a VPN to get past your ISP blockage! I posted the link above maybe use someone else's computer that doesn't use the same ISP.
