? have you tried copying the link in your email and then pasting it straight into your Browser?

This could be caused by many factors. Could be your mail server is set to disallow the opening of a link embedded in a message. A few more questions may help. Which browser is set to be the default? Did the email come directly from Webroot? Did you renew directly from the Webroot console? Or was the purchase made with a different vendor? Also, perchance, have you place a call to Webroot yet? And lastly, have you secured the renewal and just not written back??
