Hello microz and welcome to the Webroot Community!

I am guessing that those times are when WSA is running a full scan.  Usually scans take only a few minutes (The average scan time on my older slower laptop is 3.1 minutes)  If you think that WSA is responsible for the high resource usage, and that it is NOT the result of a scan running, you might want to Submit A Trouble Ticket
i not execute full scan. But example, now can repeat error when load video of youtube.

microz, were you able to put in a support case, and was your issue resolved? Please let us know. Thanks!
Yes, resolved, is a problem of chrome, apparently was a coincidence just when I installed webroot :)

Thanks!
