I have been facing the subject issue continuously.
To see if this issue can be resolved, I have tried the following but to no avail:
1. Installing and reinstalling from the WSA homepage
2. Downloading and installing from the My Account
3. Downloading and installing from the online console management website
The product I use is Webroot Internet Security Complete.
Does anyone know a permanent fix to this issue?
