Hi, just a recent anomaly (begun this week sometime): I now remain logged in to Webroot even after closing all open browsers in Firefox. So if I reopen firefox, I'm still logged in and all my passwords etc can be accessed.
This has never previously been the case over the 3+ years of using this excellent product.

One thought comes to mind is you might need to clear your History/cache/Cookies in your Firefox browser.
If this does not help then please Submit a Support Ticket and they can investigate this issue. This is a free service with a Webroot subscription.
