Install question
I have downloaded webroot and installed on my pc and also the app for my iphone. I see a green check in the pc box and iphone box but it says 0 for either pc's or iphones protected. am I not set up yet?

Welcome to the Community Forum,
Your iOS device will not show up under mobile security tab in your online account area. This is because that tab is reserved for the mobile anti-virus portion of the account, which currently only exists on Android devices. The iOS apps are not anti-virus applications. For a breakdown of our backup utility, SecureSync, click here. And here is some more on SecureWeb, our secure browser.

Also can you do a couple of scans and wait about an hour to see if your PC shows up on the Online Console if not then please Submit a Support Ticket and they will get it sorted for you!
