Webroot Secure Anywhere keeps aborting scans!

My Webroot SecureAnytime scan keeps aborting itself.  It picks up 1 threat, then aborts itself over and over again.  What do I do to fix this?  I thought it was a reliable product.  I'm very frustrated now.  This goes on week after week, too.

Sorry to hear you're having problems.  The first thing to try is uninstalling installing fresh - if that doesn't fix it then please let us know!

As nic has explained I will help you further ok?
 
Can you please do a clean reinstall of WSA and Please follow the steps closely!
 
  • Make sure you have a copy of your Keycode
  • KEEP the computer online for Uninstall and Reinstall to make sure it works correctly
  • Download a Copy Here (Best Buy Subscription PC users click HERE)
  • Uninstall WSA and Reboot
  • Install with the new installer, enter your Keycode and don't import any settings as you can set it up as you like once it's done
  • Let it finish it's install scan
  • Reboot once again
Please let us know if that resolves your issue? If not then we will look at alternative avenues to try and solve this for you.
