Logged into my account where shows '0' next to my android mobile & mobile phone number. When I click on red fix/edit balloon info states "unsafe state". I am in Western Australia. When I go to Secure Anywhere app, it shows "no theats" & "no viruses". However my mobile is not being covered according to the '0' mobiles covered in my account.
Please help. I am not a techie guru so please keep very basic wording for any instructions I need to follow to fix.
