How notification emails workTutorial
How notification emails work
If you participate in a topic you will only receive an email for the next reply/activity in that topic, and even if there are more replies you will not receive any further notification emails about this topic until you visit that topic again. After you have visited the topic again (while being logged in) the system will reset and send a notification again for the next new activity. This is to prevent you from getting continuous notifications for a topic you may not be interested in following anymore. This default setting cannot be changed.
I've been tasked with responding with a policy & procedures walk-thru for "what do we do when we have been informed that we have a threat in-house". I'm looking for documentation that would give better sample responses than whitepapers that say "use us and we will remediate your threat for you"... I am aware of (and am investigating IDS type tools), but I am working from the premise that *something* got inside the enterprise; now how to find it and eradicate it... I'm working from

Escalate security on a deep-packet device like a sonicwall.
run a in-depth manual scan of all servers and workstations.
add realtime packet inspection to more of the services (looking for traffic).
then... remediate and clean as necessary.
Thoughts/suggestions?
It tells me that a large number of temporary files have been found (3864 MB-Windows/IE only). How and where can I find this to delete the temporary files? And what does it mean that an active process has a possible handle leak (dropbox.exe) Thank you for your help on this.
Have 3 device subscription. My iMac computer shows up in console renamed Home iMac. Added Webroot from play store to android Samsung mobile phone 1. Mobile phone 1 shows up on Home iMac console but also created an un-named console that only shows mobile phone 1. Added Webroot from play store to android Samsung mobile phone 2. Mobile phone 2 does not show up on either console. Both mobile phones activated with my paid subscription key code. Deleting mobile phone from un-named console deletes it from my Home iMac console also. Goal is to see both phones & iMac computer on Home iMac console. Since mobile phone 1 shows up in 2 consoles does that meet the 3 device limit & prevent addition of my mobile phone 2? Any help appreciated. Thanks.
Hopefully, I picked the right subforum... I use a macros program that includes short key abbreviations. I can type something like, "lmki" and the program expands it to "let me know if you need." Recently I found that I cannot use this program with either Firefox or Chrome. I can use it if I turn off Webroot Identity Protection, which I don't want to do. I have tried going into the application protections tab associated with identity protection and I have tried allowing everything associated with Chrome and Firefox. No luck. What do I have to do to let my macros program work with the browsers? Thanks. ~ Bal
Hi there. I created an account for the Webroot that comes with my Best Buy/Geek Squad plan. I registered my product key and set up my account, wrote down my password on paper to be sure I remembered, but when I tried to log in, it said "Login Failed." I thought it was strange, but I just went ahead and reset my password, once again writing it down on a piece of paper. Despite having the exact correct information, it still says "Login Failure." Is there any way someone could help find out what is going on? Thank you!

i suddenly cannot access the 2nd page of a formerly accessible websitebecause of identity shield's "protecting the foreground window." meaning when i click on "page 2" there's a transparent-grey overlay screen and the cursor is just idling round and round forever. this is new as of today (have used that site for a long while.) what do i do to get to all the pages?

Hello Management, I've looked through most of the DNS reports, and I'm sorry, but they are terrible. The reason I purchased this service is because I needed and want a rebost reporting. For example, I need to know each website a user goes to, and how long they've stayed on that website. I don't need to know every single connection the computer communicates with a web server. For example, let's say Jim open a browser and went to www.facebook.com, and was actively on that website or 30 minutes, I need the report to show that, not to show me every connection that the browser made in the back-end, for example, every request to download pictures on the site, and scripts and everything else under the sun. Another example, everyone in our organization works from 8 am to 6 pm. NO one works at night. When I run some of the DNS reports, there's a LOT of data showing websites accessed in the middle of the night, like at 2 and 3 and 4 AM. No one is ever here, so that data must have been
