Hello, when I registered my tablet, it showed I had 2 PC's covered and my device. I turned off one of them. Also, my app inspector is saying I have connections on my router through apps, if I'm understanding correctly. Can I email a collection log to someone? I'm unsure if my webroot antivirus is working right.
after installing webroot on my phone my internet speed dropped from 50MBS to <1MBS.
I installed webroot on my motorla moto G. Internet speed goes into crawl mode. I shut off all webroot shields, reboot phone and my speed jumps back up. If I turn on any one shield, the speed crashes down to <1MBS. Note: this is a WiFi only problem Any thoughts?
Mobile app concerns
The mobile app is now asking me for my password on every screen and tells me my password is incorect( eventho i did not change it untill now). but will disappear when tapped outside of word box and allows me access to the app with out imputting anything. If also canthe back up and files to servers it fails everytime with solid connection WiFi and mobile data. I did just yesterday start using the secure Web browser. If have also saved all my logs for the last few days multiple times. Would like to know why this is happening thanks
3 messages indicating "at risk" issues...cannot "fix this now"
I am having trouble updating/fixing 3 items on my Galaxy Tab 8.0 that is running Webroot secure anywhere mobile. These are the messages: 1. Install shield is turned OFF 2. File system shield is turned OFF 3. Execution shield is turned OFF I have tried the "fix this now" and nothing happens. Can someone help me with this?
Is browsing with Firefox secure on my Android?
I have recently bought my first android tablet and (after installing WR Mobile!) I downloaded Firefox because I am used to that on my PC. Whilst looking through this forum I found a thread stating that only Google's native Chrome would be secure for browsing in Android whilst Firefox and other browsers would not be. Renewal problem on Android
License expired on my wife's phone. When I press the prompt to "Renew Now" it responds with message "Completing the Purchase" and we see a little circle spinning on the display. But it just spins forever and never finishes the transaction. What is your advice to remedy the problem?

Blocking Longer Numbers
Hello, I recently upgraded my android phone to the premier version of WSAM. I'm tryiing to block a number that keeps calling me from area code 011... that's how it comes up on my phone anyways... but the number seems to be too long, or not in the correct format for webroot to block it.... the number shows in my call log as +011-866-4550723, but won't let me enter that through the call logs menu, or manually entering it into the block list. Is there a special way I need to put that in to block it? Or can I only block 10 digit numbers? Thanks.
Fall down license
