I have had Webroot for years. I renewed my subscription for two years and put in the special key. I go to the page that shows me how long I have and it only said active. It also said active before I put my new Key Password in. I restarted my computer but still reads active. Help
Hello everyone,, when I attempt to set myself to admin permissions in the PC Security Console, so I can deactivate older PCs (need to deactive 5), I keep getting the message that the service can't be provided without selecting a keycode. There's no option to select a keycode. It shows my keycode, but gives me no options to select it. I'm stumped. Thanks for any help.
I just installed a new epson-4760 to replace an epson artisan printer on windows 10. When I print a page, it takes like 5 minutes to print one line. If i shutdown webroot, it prints immediately with no issues. I’ve installed and uninstalled the printer several times with webroot up and with webroot shutdown. When webroot is up i run into the delays. When webroot is off, it flies. What’s strange though is the scanner software has no issue connecting and scanning from the same printer regardless of webroot on or off? Any ideas. ???
I am am Geek Squad customer; I simply want to change my email address on webroot.com. I went through Geek Squad support. The Agent not only didn’t know how to do it he didn’t even know anything about the webroot site. He told me I have to contact webroot. I then tried to do it via Webroot online chat and he told me for that I have to call. After 40 minutes on hold the webroot rep told me I have to contact Geek Squad ! I am phasing out that email address and wish I could change it myself but I guess for security or something I can’t. This is a simple thing. Because I am with Geek Squad it has become impossible. Any ideas?
This is an ongoing issue with several other folks as well. We can successfully start the game/gamecenter but if Webroot is active while trying to login will continuously disconnect from server. When Webroot is disabled no issues whatsoever. All associated processes listed in utilities are set to “Allow” Ticket has been submitted to Webroot 11-25-2019
The system analyzer runs just fine and has check marks on everything up until the end. everything looks fine until it says there is something that needs my attention, and there are still check marks all across the board. I click the full report and it says “Not all analysis routines could be completed because SystemAnalyzer could not connect online.” I’m clearly online however,so I have no idea what it’s talking about.

I have Windows 10 and keep getting the Renewal reminder from Webroot even though I’ve purchased my new renewal and installed the software again with my new security key. I want to make sure its properly installed and also remove these announcements.
I’ve been a Webroot customer for many years and never had any problems until now.I was seeing a “webroot agent is shutdown...” message and followed the uninstall/reinstall instructions. An old question on this forum has re-emerged.The Support department of a large American company (X) successfully dealt with a problem I had with one of its car satnav devices: I should explain I am an 83 year old English man, living alone in England. The technician observed that I had had three virus programs on my computer, and that had been part of my problem.I asked for advice and was recommended Webroot. After discussion and feeling under some pressure I was sold a Life Time package for Webroot, costing me $650, paid via PayPal, curiously to (Xs), which I was told stood for Company (X) Support. Later I thought better of it, it was all too expensive: my Son had found I could buy 1 year from Webroot in the UK for about £45. Phoned (X) Support, spoke to the Supervisor (?) and learned my 2 week period of grace had elapsed (statutorily 30 days in the UK) and cancellation was not an option. I was offered a 5 year package for $400, which, under pressure. I accepted. that was nearly a week
