I installed the mobile app on my ipod touch and new ipad3. The little key with the red x for login does not ever ever let me login. I installed this on my ipod months ago and got so frustrated trying to login i deleted the app. I figued it was meant for ipad tyoe device. still i cannot log in. i can go to my desktop pc and login just fine, what gives? thanks
I installed web root complete on my PC at work and synced a folder of documents. I installed the iPhone app and am able to view the documents on my iphone I also installed the software on my iPad and I can view all of the synced files except the PDF files. When I attempt to open a PDF file I get a message that this document can not be previewed. Any suggestions? thanks in advance
So a few weeks ago we decided to test the mobile protection on all of our companies iphone's. When I check the mobile protection, it shows that none of the phones have been checking in. Does anyone know a fix for this? None of us have installed the browser on the phones (we're all still using safari.) Any help would be appreciated.
I'm not finding my exact problem in the subjects. Our webroot for our pcs has been renewed and updated with no problems. Now, I'm getting notices that there is only one day to renew it on our Amazon Fires. When I tried to replace the keycode with the new one, it tells me that the keycode has already been registered. Yes, it was registered; on the pcs (two of them). I'm lost. The person who does all this for me is now on vacation, and I haven't a clue what to do. I found the keycode screen on my Fire by randomly pushing buttons, and now, I don't even remember how I did that.
i recently purchased webroot secure anywhere complete 2013 and installed it on my pc without any problems. i registered my account, however i cannot login to the app on my iphone 4. i keep getting the error message that my login credentials are incorrect. i have browsed the other forum posts and none of the suggestions/solutions have worked for me. please help?!! also, if it helps, my iOS is 6.1.3
I have been trying to log in to Password Management on the SecureWeb app for iOS devices. However every time I try, it tells me it ws unable to log me in. I make sure my email and password are correct (no missed characters, accidental capitalization, etc.) and still it won't log me in. Yet I can still log in to SecureAnywhere on my computer, so what's going on?
OK, when you list weekend hours on yourwebsite only to get a recording telling you to call back during "normal business hours" thats pretty lame and a fail of customers service 101 . . . so guys update your website second why no support on weekends or even a email address ,hence this post Really annoyed at tech companies that seemingly go out of their way to not offer even minimally acceptable levels of support Finally completely annoyed at putting my keycode in on my iphone with the correct email only to state therewas an error Come on guys you have an attractive product but you are doing a really bad job on the little things
I have recently bought SecureAnywhere Complete. I have no problems logging onto my account on my PC but neither SecureWeb nor Backup&Sync will accept my information. I have verified the information is correct (and works elsewhere) but it still will not work on your apps. Fix please.
Just renewed my subscription to Webroot Secure Anywhere for 5 devices. Besides my laptop i have an Apple Ipad. Tried to download Backup and Sync to my Ipad thru the App Store. Found the Backup & Sync page and tapped INSTALL, but then its asking me give my visa card details. Surely I do not have to pay again to download to my Ipad. My subscription was renewed 12 March 17. I have Secure Anywhere Essentials - up to date. I downloaded the backup & sync app on my iphone 4s, but am receiveing "CMXL Error Message" when trying to logon. I know backup & sync is set up correctly on my PC because I have files in there. What am I missing? Thanks!
I have SecureAnywhere Complete. I am trying to use the password management on my ios devices and having some trouble. It seems that it works okay on sites that I have only 1 login/password saved. However, on sites that I might have more than 1 login/password saved (for example, if it's a site that both my husband and I have our own accounts), then sometimes there is just a password but no username (and it's not clear which password it is), sometimes there is no password or username, and sometimes there is a password and username, but no ability to change to the other username/password. How can I access both of the passwords and usernames as I can on the computer version? Thanks.
