Hi yesterday my Wi-Fi couldn't connect with three device because my mother and brother also use WIFI that's why I cannot connect I have a urgent meeting about best Grammarly premium account on zoom then i will disconnect my brother phone and connect mine please someone solve my problem. how I can connect three device.
I'm a newby to this forum. I purchased the web root WiFi security yesterday. everything was up and running. Today i turned on my laptop, try to connect the WiFi security. cant connect, too many sessions. My tablet and phone WiFi security is off. I don't understand why it keeps saying it cant connect, too many open session. Can anyone help. much appreciated
I understand from a business standpoint why a VPN is useful. As a home user, I was interested in keeping my data private. I've had Wifi Security for about 3 days now and have been trying out a few things on it. I am not interested in doing anything illegal with it or violating copyright laws. After the first hour of being connected to the default server of Mexico: 1) Facebook wants me to verify my identity because it sees me logged in somewhere else 2) Microsoft wants me to verify my identity because it sees me logged in somewhere else 3) My bank warns me that I'm logged in somewhere else and wants to make sure it's ok 4) Netflix warns me that I'm logged in from a different country and then warns me that I'm violating terms of service if I'm logged in through a VPN) 5) Apple warns me about the same thing So...if I'm not doing anything illegal or trying to violate copyright laws, is being threatened to remove my Netflix account and Apple account and having to verify my iden
Hi, I have been using SecureAnywhere, and I decided to buy the Wifi Security as well. So, I downloaded Webroot Wifi Security. The problem is when I login to it, it gives me a ‘Login Failed’ message stating ‘Check your credentials and try again. If you have not verified your account using the verification email, you must do so before logging in.’ This is on my Windows 10 laptop. Everything, that I can see, is up to date. I checked my credentials, they seem fine. I changed my password just in case that was it, but still the same message. I also tried this on my Android phone, but to no avail. Any input would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.
WebRoot VPN is very squirrely. I would like to know if anyone else has the same issue. My laptop usually updates late in the evening, automatically, if I don’t do this manually. Windows saves everything and when I bring it back up the VPN keeps trying to connect. The last time this happened I called tech support and they told me I needed to manually shut the computer down and start it over again. I find this to be problematic as I run many applications and web sites at the same time and doing this is very time consuming. After I did this VPN still did not connect and I had to uninstall and reinstall to get this to work properly. It has done this again and if there is an alternative method I would sure appreciate the insight. I will strongly reconsider another VPN recommendations.
[user=66362]pstonethompson[/user] , I find more often then not that I have to make a connection manually for my WiFI on my Mac (El Capitan) to connect. Because all I get is a spinning circle trying to connect and it does until I go into Preferences/Network. My Mac is usually always turned on or in sleep mode and the WiFi Security shuts off at that time and that is when I have to restart the WIFi connection..manually. Is this how the WiFi Security behaves on a Mac? Hello everyone, i hope that someone will be able to help me out. So i just renewed the subscription with Webroot SecureAnywhere but this time i also purchased Webroot Wifi Security. And everything works perfect on my Desktop. But on my laptop the Wifi Security does not seem to work. I keep getting "Connection Failure".. It tells me to contact support, and i have done that but it seems to take forever for them to answer me. So i thought that i would try my luck here. I've tried to have the "Automatic location" on and i've tried different countrys by manual selecting them, and i've tried to change every almost ever combination of setups in the settings menu. And tried to add it to my firewall etc..
When using computer the internet would go down all of a sudden or disconnect. This didn’t happen just once, numerous times through the day/evening when using my pc…. very frustrating!!! Sometimes I would even have to shut the computer down and restart. Couple weeks ago I stopped signing in to use the wifi security program and I have had NO problems since. Looking at removing the wifi security.
I have problems both trying to “connect” at times (and no certain reason why … and “connecting” but cannot access the web using firefox. This occurs on both desktop and laptop. Ran/run network troubleshooter and says problem is with settings for security and firewall. Not smart enough to know what to check for and/or change in these settings. I have the latest win 10 update environment. Advice?
So I have frustratingly been looking all through my emails, attempting to find a stupid verification email so I can use the vpn that I am paying for. Nothing. If it was more than 30 days ago and was sent to spam I can't recover it. There's nothing I can find in my account home page and when I try and contact support its just an infinite loop of enter password without being able to contact support. What kind of joke is this?

For some reason anytime I try setting up an account for Webroot Wifi Security, I am unable to create an account or I am told that I am entering the wrong username or password. I just purchased a 3 device subscription from the Webroot site on my Windows 10 laptop, which is the first of 3 devices that is not letting me register or activate the software. Hello. I'm using an Orbi RBK 53 mesh router for my home WiFi. Multiple Windows PCs, iOS mobile devices, smart TV, and other IoT devices are attached by either ethernet or Wifi connection. Some questions. 1) ls Webroot Wifi Security VPN completely compatible with the Orbi Mesh system when the Webroot VPN app is installed on PCs and mobile devices attached to the Internet through the Orbi router? 2) Can Webroot WiFi Security VPN be installed on the router system to protect devices attached to the Internet through the Orbi mesh router, when the devices do not themselves have the Webroot VPN app installed on them? 3) Does Webroot WiFi Security VPN have the ability to designated or purchase a dedicated IPN address for a VPN server? 4) Does the Webroot WiFi VPN use OpenVPN? I've been running WWS all week on my laptop at work. Yesterday afternoon I lost my Internet connection. I'm connected using an ethernet cable but I could not get Internet by any means, including WiFi. Troubleshooting stated that my PC couldn't connect to the DNS server. I reset our server at work and still nothing. I tried everything I know to get my Internet back, reset adapters, rebooted PC, reset server, reset router, reset firewall hardware. Nothing worked. It wasn't until I uninstalled WWS that I was able to get my Internet back. I did not submit a ticket this time, but if it happens again I will. This seems like a lot of extra work just to get my Internet back on my laptop. I'm really hoping this was just a fluke and not an indicator of future issues. I experienced a similar issue when testing the Beta, as well. At that time, it seemed that this app not only disrupted connections on the PC to which it's installed, but messed with my whole WiFi network. This time it has onl
