I have installed to mytouch phone but I get an error of "Login failed. The email or password you entered is incorrect." I have done this several times. I am using my webroot account information and my Keycode that I received on my receipt. I have my 2 laptops currently on my console. I also have checked to make sure that I have given myself access on the console for my cell device. Please help.
Locked Android screen requires forgotten four digit code
Unexpectedly and out of the blue late at night my Galaxy S-II Webroot Mobile Secure Anywhere app asked if I wanted to go ahead and designate my four digit code thus locking my "mobile smartphone screen" until I entered said code. I did that and next morning promtply forgot said code. Is there ANY work around to get RID of this Webroot feature. . or RESET or ?? FIX this please? Thank you Andy in Maine
Hi. I've got a concern about webroot on my android phone. This evening while I was making a call, my phone came up with the "device locked" message. This is despite the fact that I had not activated any of the lost device protection actions, changed my sim card or done anything that should have resulted in my device being locked. I also noticed that the "emergency call" feature of the locked device screen didn't work - pressing it just prompted me to enter my password again, so had I needed to make an emergency call during this time I would have been unable to, which is a bit worrying. I have since managed to unlock it by resetting my password online, but I am concerned about how it came to be locked in the first place. I use this phone for work, so if this were to happen again during the work day and prevent me from making or answering calls it would be a big problem for me. Would anyone be able to let me know why my device might have been locked? Prior to th
SecureAnywhere Mobile - Requesting to be a device administrator after update
After the latest update, I started getting a warning that Webroot needed to be set as a device administrator. I am trying to figure out why it needs that level of access. I have not seen anything here and the update notes were not clear enough. Can anybody tell me what this is needed? Thanks! Dan
Lost phone question
I lost my phone on Saturday and I have the remote lock service activated. I have sent the scream and the locate commands but it appears mt device is not online. The history tab shows that the device last checked in 2 days ago. My question is if I rechange my phone service to another device then If whoever has my phone turns it on will the device lock or will my info on the phone be available to who has it? What is the best way to handle this?
I thought that SecureWeb Browser (SWB) functions more less in the same way how WSA protects the supported browsers on PCs. I mean for instance having the checkmarks in Google search, blocking the bad rated webpages (tested on ...tube where while I've got a warning on PC I've got nothing on Android and the page loads) etc. It looks like that none of the said features are presented in SWB. Therefore can you shed more light or am I missing something? Thanks & regards, pegas
Samsung Galaxy Tab2 pin number
I have had this tablet for a while now, and bought a NextBook recently. I set up the NextBook with a pin number for the Lock Screen feature, but I can't find out how to set the Samsung with a pin number, it says it is protected with the LockScreen in place. How do I find where to put the pin number in?

SecureAnywhere Mobile for Android is blocking outgoing SIP calls.
Hi, I am using Voxofon on my Android phone which places international calls using SIP. I have never had problems with this and other call blockers like Call Control. I have "Block unidentified numbers" set in SecureAnywhere which is important to me since I recieve a lot of unwanted international calls I need to block. This works fine except for the fact that when I place calls using VoxoFon in SIP mode my outgoing calls are blocked by SecureAnywhere. Let's say I call +47 6713 2230. When the call is being set up I get a popup from SecureAnywhere saying sip:+<email@example.com:5070> is being blocked. That is the number I am placing a call to, not an incoking call. Since there's no whitelist available I am stuck and have to use another call blocker. I really wish a whitelist was provided and also a way to add numbers with wildcards both to a black and whitelist which would make it possiblke to block all toll free calls. I am using SecureAnywhere on all my
33% battery usage for Webroot ???
Hello, Just installed WM on my Galaxy SIII and WM itself shows : In the WM "battery controller" :consumption at 33% (second rank after display !) In the WM "actual consumption" : 3.63 % But, since it's installed, battery loading is much longer than before. Did I something wrong in the config, and how can I change that ?? Thanks for your help
Frequent prompts that webroot features are turned on on Galaxy S3
Every few days, webroot tells me I may be at risk. It then prompts for a scan to be manually run, and to manually re-enable all the features, which it shows are disabled. Anybody know why it keeps turning it's features off, and why the scheduled scan doesn't seem to make it happy?
Can't remember security code
I installed Webroot SecureAnywhere Mobile free version on my HTC Droid Incredible 2 last January. I set up an account at https://my.webrootanywhere.com, because the login and password are in LastPass. But I didn't write down whatever I used for a security code, and I can't remember it. I tried to use the "can't log in" link, and it used an absolutely standard security question: what is your mother's birthplace? Well, my mother wasn't born in the U.S. so there are multiple ways I could have answered that question and apparently I can't remember the one I gave it, because I keep getting this error: Error(UPA004):Your reset security code request cannot be processed as the details you have entered do not match. And there doesn't seem to be any way to contact Webroot support except this forum, so here I am. I wanted to log in so I could refresh my memory of the app's phone tracking capabilities (and whether the free ve
Does SecureAnywhere for Android support other browsers besides the standard browser?
I clicked on a link to a web survey (on google docs) and when I used the standard browser in android, Webroot popped up and said that the page might contain malware or spam and wanted to know if I wanted to continue. When I tried the same link with either the Dolphin or Firefox browsers, I expected to get the same message from Webroot. Much to my disappointment, Webroot did not pop anything up with either of these browsers, so my question is: Does Webroot support these browsers? It does not appear that it does support these browsers, which makes me sad for 2 reasons: 1) I have been using Webroot on my phone and have thought that my browsing was protected and 2) I really like Webroot, but if it only supports the standard browser, then I am going to have to look elsewhere for my security needs. I am using a Motorola Atrix 4G with stock android 2.3.6.
