Questions About a Webroot Product? Start Here!
The block page category function does not work for uncategorized sites. The user and tech had no idea why the page is being blocked. On that if a URL does not resolve there should be a Category as well. People will typo URLs and think the page is blocked when it is just them going to the wrong place.
Just bought upgrade from Amazon, put in new code(on my android phone), appeared to work , but register screen says "free version, no expiration" and a banner on the bottom of the home screen says " upgrade to premiere version". Since i paid for a 2 year subscription, would like to not be using a " free" version Thanks in advanceRon
I have a 5-seat SecureAnyware Complete license. I loaded SecureAnywhere Complete on a new, replacement computer. When I tried to login to my Webroot account, I provided my email address and password. Then it asked me for an AUTHENTICATION CODE, NOT letters from my security code , an AUTHENTICATION CODE. Where and how do I get an AUTHENTICATION CODE? I just can’t say enough bad about Webroot. I blew it away two years ago because of all the problems and lack of support. So here I am two years later and am still being haunted. I uninstalled it from all my endpoints but it did not remove itself from SecurityCenter. It is still in the WMI. That really doesn’t surprise me. It is obvious that Webroot has no business getting in to the virus arena but anyway….. is there an automated way to remove the Webroot entries in the WMI?
Revisiting this topic as fixes in previous posts are not working.Just updated my two computers to lastest available version. Computer one doesn’t support windows 11 so got latest windows 10 home version. Computer two got upgrade to windows 11. But after connection issues, reverted to windows 10, but still has connection issues.Ipad connects and browsers work so the modem appears to be ok.The updates/upgrade put Windows Defender back in working mode. (I think I had it disabled previously and just ran Webroot, but I’m not positive.) So had two firewalls and antivirus working.Chrome, Firefox and Edge all have the same issue.Made sure Defender allowed Chrome (couldn’t find firefox in the list). Webroot was in protect mode for Chrome and Firefox.) I think this mode allows traffic but monitors it closely. I didn’t test changing these to allow. But I did turn off Webroot and it still didn’t work so don’t think the protect/allow mode is relevant…….Played with turning off webroot and t
Anyone have any information regarding Webroot SecureAnywhere 184.108.40.206:1607 (SecureAnywhere CE 21.4) compatible with the latest MacOS Monterey 12.2? Do not want to install Monterey if Webroot isn’t going to run or has problems, like it did with Big Sur initially and therefore I didn’t have any security software running on my mac until Webroot updated to a new version. For almost a month I have been struggling to find out why I could not use my OnGuard VPN connection with UCLA. I had long calls with IT personnel, who could not fix the problem. At the same time, Thunderbird, which I used to access my Bruin Online email, stopped working. Finally, I tried deactivating Webroot. Lo and behold, both OnGuard VPN and Thunderbird worked again!To put it mildly, I am not very happy with Webroot right now. Any explanation?
I updated my iOS to Monterey this past Wednesday and now my Webroot isn’t working. Have noticed that Webroot isn’t addressing this issue at this moment for some reason. ??? Should I uninstall and reinstall my Webroot at this time? Should I wait to do anything as Monterey is a brand NEW software update for Macs?
Hello,I am writing this from information given to me from my grandfather so I apologize if this is a bit vague, I will do the best I can. Over the weekend my grandfather got a call claiming they were from microsoft and that his computer had a virus and that he needed to follow their instructions to remove it. This involved uninstalling his current anti-virus and installing a suite of programs including Webroot. They then asked for a large sum of money for the virus removal and activation of the new anti-virus software for a 5 year warranty period. All of this was done over the phone and he did not write any of it down so we have no clue what the key was that they gave him or any other relevant information. The only info they gave him for future contact was the geek squad number, and when he tried to call the number they have no record of the transaction (of course). Is there any thing we can do to potentially find the key that they gave him and the details of his subscription; if there
Hi there, Tried searching in multiple places and can’t find any mentions about newly released macOS Monterey and Webroot support for it.I understand it is only few days old, but we have customers enquiring about possible upgrades in near future and we are currently deferring such due to the unknowns with Webroot.Some roadmap if not yet, or a clear answer would be appreciated. I recently purchased the premium version of this app on Android and just noticed it hasn't been updated since 2019. I have emailed support multiple times but have yet to receive a reply. Has this app reached EOL and if so is there a way I can be reimbursed or migrate my premium subscription over to the new Webroot app?

Good day ! I used the combo Adguard (pro) with Webroot IS from several years with no problem and happiness. Yesterday , I received the update on my Window PC Webroot agent to version 220.127.116.11, so far, so good And suddenly , all my browser (Edge,Chrome, Firefox) stop responding and won’t load any web page. After investigation, I remove Adguard Window PC agent and it resolve the problem , my browser breath again… I tried to exclude Adguard module in Webroot but it doesn’t work. is there a conflict between the new version of Webroot and Adguard ? Hi, If I create a SAT Campaign in the Global Console and add multiple sites, can I still get a report of the Campaign results for an individual site?For example Will the Campaign report show the results for all the sites added to the Campaign? as I am looking to get the Campaign results per site so that one customer does not see the results for another customer.Thanks
