I had about 20 passwords saved....now when I click on passwords I get a message that tells me to 'set up' passwords and something about activating a key code....that will take 15 minutes. SO annoying! Looks like all the work I did is gone for an unexplained reason?!
Hi! Something took out my WSA program, did not allow me to change my Windows firewall, rendered my ethernet access to the internet useless, and severely limited my WI FI access. I restored my pc to a few days ago, got back on line, re-installed my WSA software, and now here I am. What happened and is it still in there?? The WSA, after a scan, found no sign of anything. Thank you for your thoughts.
Hello, I'm getting a malicious alert ahead screen pop up when I open outlook.com. In header of alert is ,https://go.trouter.io/va/a . I did two scans both are clean. Initially Outlook.com opens up and all appears normal, but in a few seconds before I can do anything the malicious alert screen pops up. How do I fix this? I've done two scans and both came up clean. thank you ng54
Hi, just a recent anomaly (begun this week sometime): I now remain logged in to Webroot even after closing all open browsers in Firefox. So if I reopen firefox, I'm still logged in and all my passwords etc can be accessed. This has never previously been the case over the 3+ years of using this excellent product. Greig
I am trying to add a new printer. The computer sees the printer but when I run the troubleshooting function, it eventually comes back with the message: "failed to find required file: C:ProgramDataWRDatepkgLLPlugin.dll" and it will not add the printer. We have two users on this computer (me and my husband). I was able to add the printer for myself however we get the error message when we try to add it to his username. I believe this is a Webroot error. Can you confirm and help me to resolve this issue? I have an older version of Webroot i can reinstall if need be. However, I purchased a new version since. Thank you
When I log in on line and check my mobile devices Webroot indicates that my phone shields are off and that the phone needs attention. However when I check my phone Webroot indicates that everything is ok. How do I get the phone and online security to sync?
I try to load or enable Password Manager and I can't. I click on Manage Passwords under Password Manager and then sign in. I then click Set Up Account under Passwords and I get the following dialogue box: "Are you sure you wish to enable Passwords for this account? Please be aware that this will activate your keycode if not alaready active and allow 15 minutes for this to become available." I click yes and nothing ever happens, even after 15 minutes. It never loads.
(assuming you are still around) a while back - several months, actually - you asked me to keep you advised on the status of my Webroot and Malwarebytes installs. I am pleased to announce they are still playing very well together. I am well aware I should not run two security programs at the same time but, on my two machines, these two are working very well as a team. Phil

I have had a 5 year subscription of your Webroot SecureAnywhere - Complete for nearly a year installed on my Home Desktop with Windows 8 with relatively minor, easily corrected problems. I never installed it on my iPhone or iPad as I never felt the need. With the advent of Apple Pay, the purchase of a new iPhone 6 Plus, and a new iPad Air 2, I decided to install added security; namely Webroot SecureAnywhere - Complete. After installing and opening the SecureWeb app on each unit; I pressed the little key icon with the red x over it. I was asked to Login to SecureWeb. Then it asked for my User Name - Having never established a User Name with Webroot, I used my email address and the password established with Webroot............. Login Failure..... While writing this question, the problem solved itself. Not sure how or why. Maybe a glitch. Ed Baker
