active attatkers on my phone

I need Help! i have active attakers on my phone and pc they spread through wifi. I can't do a scan on my phone without it stoping halfway through and then jumping to compleat. they have placed programs on my phone that kill any app they don't like when I try to run it. My phone is an androin captivate rooted I switched from my infuse when I thougth thought root might help. It did for a while then they started playing hardball, I can't turn up my ringtone volume so i miss call's, T they would not let me type in my compleat email address on the phone so I could not log into these forums. please HELP

WSA Essentials & RoboForm Pro.

I use RoboForm Pro for my passwords. (RoboForm Version 7.7.6). I have noticed that WSAE always sets RoboForm on the "Monitor" setting in Active Processes. Is it safe to have RoboForm on the "Allow" setting or is there a reason WSAE keeps it at "Monitor" setting?

Hi I am having awful trouble getting this site to work. I have a 5 license web root complete and have it activated on 1 PC and 4 laptops. The initial setup took ages as it didnt recognise the codes then issued about 3 new ones but eventually got it all setup on them. However if I go to the website there is nothing there I checked under manage keycodes and it had one of the old trial codes - weird - so I added the code from my PC to it. It now says its active for 307 days but when I go to PC security there is no PCs listed at all, if I add a PC it then asks me to buy a new code..... The webrrot software appears to be running fine on all devices and says its active on them all so why do none of them show under my account? Or am I just being dim :)

windows security center won't open

A friend's daughter had a nasty set of trojans etc. She had norton installed and tried McAfee and lord knows what else. They didn't help. I uninstalled them. Webroot complete seems to have cleaned all that up. But, windows security center can't be started in the action center. And going into services, I can't find it in the list to start it from there. So... is there a way to get it back in the services list? At this point, since so many things are trashed, I'm inclined to have her reinstall win7 and start over. But she doesn't want to start over again.

I no longer find Webroot to scan downloaded individual files using the right click context menu since installing Webroot . SecureAnywhere.. I am using Windows Is there a work around?

Updated to Complete from Essentials Android problems

I just upgraded from WSAE 3 seat to WSAC 3. I followed the instructions for downloading and installing the app. I previously had Webroot Anti-virus on my phone which it uninstalled during the process. My problem is after accepting the terms it requires me to login. I enter my email, password and keycode. When I click login to account I get the following error message "Account creation failed. The license check server returned an invalid response. Raw Error: License check failed due to invalid keycode. Response code:1 nothing I do and neither keycodes will work. What do I do now.

windows defender

After installing webroot complete, windows defender is now on. why? and now, nothing can be turned on or off either. how do I turn windows defender off? My malwarebytes doesn't show as being on in the action center for windows7, but it is running. I am very confused now.

Downloader contains only the elements of the installation of additional Toolbar - Babylon, which need not be installed because there is such an option and can be omitted. system restore error in event viewer

i have contacted support today about this just wondering if others have the same error the message i sent was blue screen on startup & a system restore error in event viewer ok i have been having a problem on 2 pc's with system restore errors in my event viewer so i restored 1 of my pc yesterday and i still get the error event id:1 source:sr The System Restore filter encountered the unexpected error '0xC0000369' while processing the file 'ntuser.ini' on the volume 'HarddiskVolume2'. It has stopped monitoring the volume. i have a three pc license of Webroot Secureanyware Essentals 1 on my laptop of win7 and 1 on my main pc winxp sp3 MCE and now on my other pc with winxp sp3 MCE also restored a few weeks ago and i put Webroot Secureanyware Essentals V8.0.1.173 today and got a bluescreen and also the same system restore error in my event viewer (i wish i had not restored my main pc now becouse i lost some software i cant get back ) so now on 2 pc's i get the same error it mu

Sending a virus...

Welcome. 4 months have in your laptop Webroot Complete. Generally, every day or every few days I send through a program to analyze a lot of suspicious virus-infected files. The fact - are quickly addressed and dealt with by the program. My question is to you - otherwise how can you transfer files to analyze in more - but after five, because it is a tedious one. Another question is if I can get the answer - what engines have Webroot? I know that uses the Prevx because it was purchased, but do something else?

WRConsumerService WRConsumerService stoped working and was closed - error message that brought me to a Questions forum that suggested that WRConsumerServive was packaged with webroot and other antivirus applictaions ???? The forum suggested that WRConsumerService also has a history of malware programs imitating it to avoid detection ? therfore what is this Process ? and is it connected to webroot ? - and if so, is it not prudent to ensure the process is a genuine part of webroots original instal ? ie can we have a 'verify install' or 'confirm install' option addeded to webroot scanning ? - lets not have a webroot proces exploited in this mannor thats being reported as such. Webroot crashing on scanning sdcard

Xoom Wifi. Webroot always worked normally. Since a while Webroot scans normally just up to sdcard, then it freezes, then after some time it crashes. I removed the external sdcard to see if that caused it but that didn't make difference. Obviously i can't remove the internal memory.

Issues with SecureAnywhere Complete keycode

[b]"Account creation failed. The license check server returned an invalid response.[/b] [b]Raw Error: License check failed due to too many activations. Response code: 7"[/b] I saw the post in the forums on this and have tried the following: 1) Fixed keyboard settings so that it is not auto-capitalizing which didn't help. All letters that are supposed to be lower-case show up as upper-case. 2) Tried to paste the key with lower case letters (from a different application) and it gets converted when I paste the code into the field. Pastes fine into a few other applications. 3) Saw a suggestion to use the "old" key from a previous installation or the key from my PC. I can't find an older key than the one on my PC and it is all upper-case. Please help. I'm a very satisfied Webroot user and hope there is a relatively simple fix to the problem.

WSA Settings Using WiFi ?

I maybe taking a trip to Buffalo, N.Y soon and will be using my laptop. I never used public WiFi before. What setting does Webroot recommend for Public WiFi. I have my Protected Website settings on Maximum on all my computers. Any help would be appreciated.
