I’ve had Webroot for several years, but I haven’t used the password manager before. On the webroot main page, there’s no option or link to start using the password manager. I tried creating an account to have the numerical code to use for the password manager, but it doesn’t work with this year’s keycode and says I already have an account. Please help so I can use the new Password Manager. Btw, I’m still working on submitting a support ticket by accepting cookies and logging in a 2nd time, but it’s not working in Chrome. I just submitted an online ? for this in the community as well. Thank you in advance for any help.
When Webroot Internet Security is loaded, regardless of if any component is turned on or off, DNS queries from nslookup fail. Additionally, DNS queries from Greenway Intergy fail and cause extreme speed issues with the application. The DNS queries have to wait to time out and the application is terribly slow. This is unacceptable and must be patched/fixed as soon as possible. No security solution should ever cause this kind of problem. It caused a huge amount of lost time to a doctor’s office. I could find no way to fix it other than to completely unload Webroot from memory (stop Webroot altogether).
I just installed WSA in a new PC Desktop. I installed it directly from the website and it gave me version 184.108.40.206. I can’t figure out how to get the latest version, 220.127.116.11. Is my PC protected? Is there an installer I can use to get the latest version? Thank you.
Why do I keep getting security pop-ups by Microsoft that locks my computer that I have to shut it of
Every time this pop-up comes up I can not get out of it unless I shut my computer and I have called the number provided which they say is Microsoft and they want $100 to $150 to fix it. What can I do to stop that coz I can't afford that.

previously, I tried to download Chrome on my laptop, but it appeared in a pop up screen that it was unsafe to do so. I then looked for another internet explorer I could use and found Firefox. For a little while, it was working perfectely, but now, whenever I am on the internet, it is fine for a while and then it cuts off, letting me know that an error has occured and has to reboot itself all over again. This is happening very freqently. What can I do to rectify the situation. Please help!!!
I signed up for internet security plus Today to protect my Phone & laptop. So with the $35.99 deals sound like a good deal but checking my account I notices that my card was charged 3 times all of them for $59.51 & As far as my understanding was that the Charge was onetime for all my devices so why did i get the other 2 charges & How do I go about a refund on the two others charges?
BestBuy page says "This plan or service is no longer available. If you have questions, please call us at 1-800-433-5778." but my app says It's protected and everything is up to date but it's orange with a big orange exclamation mark "!" and my account section has a yellow triangle with an exclamation mark inside. I haven't renewed for a long time and i know it's out of date but BestBuy says the plan is no longer available. so how do i renew my webroot protection?
Multiple tech support scam websites posing as WebRoot/Geek Squad

.
There are multiple fake websites that use the title portion of the HTML to show "www.webroot.com/safe" that was printed on the empty DVD boxes given out at Best Buy to try and trick new Best Buy/Webroot customers that would then use remote access software to access victims computers and charge for non-existent security products using a guest account on PayPal. My friend's son was a victim of this fraud when he purchased a new laptop from Best Buy and was given a free subscription to WebRoot but the box did not contain an installation disk. He must have entered "webroot safe" into the search field instead of the full URL as he is somewhat new to computers and was charged $250.00 to his debit card by scammers impersonating the Webroot/Geeksquad website. I was able to get his money refunded at his bank and recovered the deleted logs from the remote access software the scammers had used. I have made 4
I got the gray icon with the brown exclamation point in the tray. I can't get it to reset to the green icon. It points to "Action required: password manager". To reset the icon, I installed Lastpass (what else, right?) which I don't need because I'm using something else. Also, I never had any passwords stored by Webroot to transfer over to Lastpass. Webroot is not recognizing my now 2 password managers on my pc. What can be done to get the green icon back? Or should I just hide the icon and be done with it?
