My computer's been covered for a long time. Can I add my new Android phone? I've downloaded the app but don't know how to install it. Is there any charge to add the phone? I'd also like to find out when my coverage expires. Thank you. Kathy
I don't have an iphone. Just use the flip version. My wife is getting a new iphone Friday and was wondering can we load Webroot mobile app? And how do we do this. I am having a family member show her helpful tips on using it. Or does she even need it? Not sure. I read that iphones can get bugs but not sure. Anything you can share is appreciated.

When i tried to type a password in another screen popped up from webroot saying "Webroot has locked this device at the request of the owner. To unlock, please provide the device screen lock pattery or password. Because your device was not already secured with a screen lock you will need to enter your Webroot account password to unlock the device" I have tried this and it would just kick it back to screen with the message. I have tried reseting the password on the site and then tried the new
